My own journey with yoga has been nothing short of magical. As I stepped onto my mat for the first time, after our daughter was born & I was seeking solace from the chaos of daily life. Little did I know that this practice would not only improve my physical health but also pave the way for incredible opportunities to live the life I had always envisioned, such as being home more, taking adventures as a family as well as “just us” trips just to name a few.
